Cooperation memorandum of understanding Between: Mnufia – Zakazeek – Mansoura- Tanta- Banha- Kafr Elsheikh and Delta universities.

Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdel-maqsood Ezelarab- Mnufia university president.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Baioumi Shehab Eldeen- Mansoura university president.
Prof. Dr. Safwat Zahran- Banaha university president.
Have been invited by (Board of Trustees president) and the Delta university president to Delta university of Science and Technology to enhance the cooperation between these universities in various aspects.
Prof. Dr. Maher Eldomiaty has apologized for not coming for emergent circumstances. The universities presidents have agreed upon participation in the following protocol:
1- Student Affairs sectors:
* One of the universities will be in charge of announcing annual competitions in sports, culture, social researches and literature.
* Competition- arrangements for arts like: drawing, sculpture, theatre performance and singing.
* Summer- camp arrangement for registered universities students in Mnufia university camp in Gamasa, Mansoura university camp in Gamsa and KafrEl-Shiekh university camp in Balteem.
2- Scientific cooperation aspect:
* Arrangement of two scientific conferences annually in one of the universities reciprocally
* Assisting Delta university in staff preparation, training and development. *Delta university will get assistance by counseling centers in there universities to resume its constructions.
* Helping Delta university staff to register in high studies in the participating universities.
3- Social service and environment progress sector
* Getting help from counseling centers in these universities to develop the north coast area including the university.
* Providing health care to the staff, their families, and workers in the university according to a signed protocol between the participating universities (based on treaties with the universities with hospitals).
Specialized team works will be formed to study the previous points and putting them into implementation within two months from signing this protocol to have the chance to actually implement them starting from the next semester for the year 2009/2010 This Protocol will be shown to universities boards and Delta university board of trustees for approval.
